These terms govern your use of the Lignara Ltd website and your purchase of furniture from us. Please read them carefully. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
1. About us
Lignara Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. [COMPANY NUMBER]), with its registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@lignara.shop.
2. Orders
All furniture is made to order. You pay in full when you place your order on our website. A maker will then contact you to confirm timber, finish, dimensions and delivery. Your order is accepted once we confirm it in writing. If we can't make what you've asked for, we'll refund you in full.
3. Pricing & payment
- Prices shown are in pounds sterling (GBP) and exclude delivery unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery is quoted individually once your address is confirmed.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order.
4. Made-to-order & timber variation
Because every piece is built from solid, natural timber, grain, colour and figure will vary from piece to piece and from the photographs shown on this website. This variation is an inherent feature of solid wood furniture and is not a defect.
5. Delivery
We ship across the United Kingdom and Europe. Lead times shown are estimates from the date your order is confirmed. We will agree a delivery window with you in advance.
6. Cancellation & returns
As items are made to your specification, your statutory right to cancel may not apply once production has begun. Where an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund in line with your legal rights.
7. Warranty
We guarantee our joinery and construction for ten years against defects in workmanship under normal domestic use. The guarantee excludes fair wear, the natural movement of timber, and damage caused by misuse or unsuitable environments.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the goods.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
